Guided Meditation ~
An individual or group is verbally guided by a facilitator to an accessible state of consciousness in order to attain information, gain clarity, better access inner wisdom, or simply relax and restore. Listening to the guide’s calm cues frees the meditator to relax more deeply, transcend the mind, and allow awareness to arise. What one chooses to explore in this way depends on the individual’s intentions and needs. Insights gained during these sessions can better inform the decisions we make and how we carry ourselves through our daily lives. Guided meditation can be a profound and empowering experience.
